  • tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup of ACV (apple cider vinegar)
  • tablespoon of chopped onion

Instructions :

Place the ACV in saucepan and star to boil. As soon bubbles start to appear, add onions and garlic to the saucepan and boil them in the vinegar for some 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the pen and let it cool down for 20minutes.

Take some gauze pads and saturate them in the mixture, without drenching them. However, make sure not to wet the adhesive, since it is important. Next, squeeze the liquid from the pads and apply them on the foot’s sole.

Put on some socks and go to sleep.
