Not everyone can be on every kind of diet. If you want to avoid serious health problems, it is essential to adapt the diet to your body. In order to achieve good results in a short period of time and lose the extra weight, it is important to strictly follow the diet.

There are numerous diets that supposedly work, however, most of them are ineffective and more importantly – unhealthy. Fortunately, there is diet, which was invented by a cardiologist, that actually works and can help you lose up to 10 kilos in only one week. The diet was made with a person’s health in mind, thus it was created to be less straining on the body and health. Naturally, the diet doesn’t work on its own, so make sure to start exercising at least half an hour every day.

THE DIET PLAN:

Day 1

– Breakfast: Eat one fruit of your choice for breakfast every day. You can have any fruit except bananas or grapes.
– Lunch: One orange, one boiled egg and a glass of yogurt (200 ml);
– Dinner: Two pieces of toast, two boiled eggs, two tomatoes (or two dl. cooked tomatoes), and half a cucumber or lettuce.

Day 2

Lunch: One orange, one boiled egg and a cup of yogurt;
– Dinner: One piece of toast, 125 gr. cooked beef, a cup of coffee or tea (no sugar), and one orange.

Day 3

– Lunch: One orange, one boiled egg, and one cucumber;
– Dinner: One piece of toast, 125 gr. cooked beef, a cup of coffee or tea (no sugar), and one orange.

Day 4

– Lunch: One piece of toast, 125 gr. cottage cheese and one tomato;
– Dinner: One piece of toast, 125 gr. cooked beef, a cup of coffee or tea (no sugar), and one orange.
Day 5

– Lunch: One piece of toast, 200 gr. cooked meat or fish and one tomato;
– Dinner: 225 gr. of cooked potatoes, peas and carrots.

Make sure to cook the vegetables without using salt. Alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden while on this diet. Follow the diet the first five days, then make a two-day break and continue with the diet on the eighth day. Those suffering from heart conditions and diseases must consult a cardiologist before implementing this diet in their everyday life.
