Lemon has 53 milligrams and lime has only 29 milligrams for every 100 grams of lemon and lime respectively. Also, lemons have more potassium and folate than limes. But, limes contain more Vitamin A than lemons.

Well, to be honest, there is nothing more different in lemons and limes, especially when it comes to the nutrients they offer. They both are excellent sources of many healthy nutrients, such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, folate, potassium and they are loaded with antioxidants.

These two citrus fruits have Flavonoids that can prevent you from having cancer. They also contain limonoides that are known to be healthy and extremely useful when it comes to fighting carcinogens.
