Perfect look

The reason is not that while we are on a diet, we lose weight from chocolate, but the fact that the small daily dose of this sweet food reduces the desire for sweets, so it helps us to stay consistent.

Chocolate, however, is not the only food that can help us get into the “skinny” jeans that we hide in the closet. Find out which three foods help with weight loss.

The Apple

The apple season is in full swing, so use these fine and healthy fruits that can crop hunger. The research has confirmed that one apple before you have a small meal will keep you saturated and satisfied. The reason is that this fruit is full of water, but also contains fibers that are slowly digestible in themselves.

Spicy food

If you do not have the habit of eating angry food, it’s time to savor a bit of lunch or dinner. Apart from making us eating slower and chewing more, hot food speeds up metabolism.

Chia seeds

Miranda Kerr among the first stars has confirmed that her diet drink must contain chia seeds. These seeds contain incredible amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and are closely related to weight loss. They accelerate the absorption and degradation of fat and give a long lasting sense of satiety. Put the seeds into yogurt or eat them at breakfast.

Weight loss recipe with apple and chia seeds

2 cups coconut milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

2/3 cup chia seeds

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

2 apples, cored and chopped

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp maple syrup

-Start by warming up the apples. Sauté them in a small saucepan with cinnamon and a tsp of maple syrup. Heat and stir until browned.

-Heating up the coconut milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Do not boil, but warm for about 3 minutes over low to medium heat.

-Add the chia seeds to a decent-sized cereal bowl. Pour warm milk into the bowl. Stir continuously for about 3 minutes, and then allow the mixture to sit for another 2 minutes. This allows the seeds to fully absorb the milk.

-Top with sautéed apples and sprinkle with coconut flakes and cinnamon. Enjoy!

Mix it Into Applesauce

Unsweetened applesauce may be better than the sweetened variety, but with just 3 grams of fiber and less than a half a gram of protein per cup, it’s not always filling. If you’re a fan of this fruity snack, make it one that’s better for your appetite and waistline by mixing in some taste-free chia seeds.

Pour Some Into Your Detox Water

For some extra nutrition, spoon some chia seeds into your favorite detox water. If you’re looking for something that’s a bit sweet—but still healthy—create a concoction called chia fresca by combining 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon or lime juice, and 2 teaspoons of honey. Let the seeds soak overnight before slurping it all down.
